👤 About the Author
The short version: I’m Arifuzzaman “Antor” — a QA engineer turned delivery leader and founder. I spent 6+ years testing payment, healthcare, telecom and e-commerce systems, grew from Junior QA to QA Lead to Technical Project Manager, and now build AI products. This roadmap is everything I wish I’d known on day one. 🌐 azantor.xyz

Remote-first from Dhaka, Bangladesh, working across Dhaka, New York, San Francisco and London. My one-line mission: the person who turns chaos into shipped products.
The journey — Junior QA → Lead → TPM → Founder
I didn’t start at the top. I climbed the exact ladder this roadmap describes, often holding several roles at once (6+ calendar years, 12+ roles):

| 2024–now | Technical Project Manager | Platformz |
| 2025–now | Founder & CEO | AZAI Labs |
| 2025–26 | Sr. SDET | Kintsugi |
| 2026–now | Co-Founder & CTO | Upward |

Why I made this roadmap
Most QA guides teach definitions. I wanted to teach the job — the thinking, the artifacts, the judgment, and the career — the way I actually lived it, from my first test case to leading teams and hiring testers. Every template and example here is a cleaned-up version of something I’ve used on real projects. If it helps one person get hired or promoted, it’s done its job.
